Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Turii Doors. Please read the terms and conditions carefully. Any contract made with Turii Doors is subject to these conditions which govern the contract to the exclusion of any other terms or conditions or warranties whatsoever unless these Conditions have been excluded or varied by express written agreement made between the Company and the Customer. Turii Doors is hereby referred to as ‘the company’.

Pricing

1.1 The price of the Goods shall be as stated in the Company’s Order confirmation.

1.2 The Company reserves the right by giving notice to the Customer at any time before delivery, to increase the price of the Goods to reflect any increase in the costs to the Company which is due to (i) any factor beyond the control of the Company including but not limited to increases in the cost of raw materials; (ii) any request by the Customer to change the delivery date(s), quantities or types of Goods ordered or the Goods Specification; or (iii) any delay caused by any instructions of the Customer in respect of the Goods or failure of the Customer to give the Company adequate or accurate information or instructions in respect of the Goods.

1.3 All prices are unless otherwise stated the factory ex works price.

1.4 All prices are exclusive of any applicable VAT, which the Customer is liable to pay to the Company.

Payments

Orders from anywhere in India are accepted provided that the payment policy of Turii Doors (referred to as 'the company') is adhered to in advance of production.

2.1 The price for the Goods shall be such price as stated by the Seller in the Contract and shall be subject to variation at the sole discretion of the Seller at any time. The final price payable will be subject to the costs ruling at the date of despatch from the Seller’s works

2.2 All prices are exclusive of VAT and any other taxes from time to time in force and shall be such prices as stated by the company.

2.3 The company will invoice the Customer immediately by e-mail upon dispatching of the ordered goods. The total invoice value must be paid by the Customer to the company within 30 days from the date of the company’s invoice save where specified in Writing by the company to the contrary and payment shall be made without set-off, deduction, counterclaim or otherwise

2.4 The company reserves the rights to impose certain minimum item and invoice charges as notified to the Customer in Writing from time to time

2.5 If the customer fails to make the payment on time or as per the due date then the company shall be entitled to

a) Cancel the contract

b) Suspend any further deliveries of any goods or products

c) Charge the customer interest or fine for resuming the contract

Claims, Damage and Liability

3.1 The Customer shall upon delivery examine the goods and shall promptly (but in any event within two working days of delivery) notify the Company in writing or via email of any apparent damage, defect or shortage. In the event of non-delivery the Customer shall notify the Company of the Goods in question alleged to be non-delivered within the due date of despatch of the said goods as stated in the Company’s invoice.

3.2 The Customer must acknowledge that the Company shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the Goods arising whether directly or indirectly from any drawing, design or specification made, supplied, furnished or specified by the Customer.

3.3 The Company shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair weather wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow the Company’s instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without the Company’s approval.

3.4 All Goods must be stored by the Customer in suitable conditions and the Company will not be liable to the Customer for any defects brought about by the Customer storing the goods in unsuitable conditions.
